sad when people post things they know nothing about......being a Delaware corporation has no effect whatsoever on federal taxes......it merely means they don't have to pay state taxes on income except for Delaware taxes.........

???....what secret?.......everyone knows that the laws of Delaware are favorable to corporations......its been that way since before the 70s when I went to law school......from the OP....does this sound like a great secret to you?....

I have read it, so I am baffled by your reply. Setting up anonymous shell companies in Delaware is perfectly legal and totally immoral. The British government banned the use of bearer shares last year and is cracking down on shell companies.

It is immoral to set up anonymous shell companies, they are only ever used to hide info from prying eyes. Please tell me why the SEC comes down like a ton of bricks on insider trading yet shell companies are allowed to be formed to hide drug profits and illegal activity including terrorism? So please stop being such a condescending c**t, I am sorry if you think that you will lose business if the law is reformed but tough titty!

I give up, you are obviously too dyed in the wool to change now. I have often wondered if lawyers are that much different to pimps, I guess the only big difference is that lawyers charge far more for a shafting and even then there is rarely a happy ending.
