IHL is clear: taking and executing hostages is prohibited. Such acts are war crimes in both international and non-international armed conflict.

It was a show trial. It was an exercise meant for public consumption of propaganda put out by the Democrats. There was ZERO dissent or opposing positions on any of it. There was no debate or critical examination of anything presented. As I showed, evidence was altered and witnesses coached to present only what the committee wanted presented.
