American sniper Chris Kyle lied about his medals

What exactly do you mean by this post? Especially the hightlighted part?

You say the Navy and it isn't a blanket statement. I ask you about YOUR statement and my question is a blanket statement for merely quoting YOUR words "the Navy".

You're unbelievable. You criticize me for using YOUR own words. How does that even make sense to you?

Here is the post I quoted his words and his entire post and I highlighted the words he used with the Navy and Zappa of course lies I didn't quote him because I didn't use quotation marks, so I guess using the quote function is not quoting someone's words.

:rofl2:

In his book, Kyle wrote that he received two Silver Stars and five Bronze Stars. Those numbers differed slightly from the Navy personnel form given to Kyle when he left the Navy in 2009. The form said he received two Silver Star and six Bronze Star medals with “V” devices, according to USA Today.

Navy officials said a clerical error was made on the DD 214 form issued to Kyle in 2009, which is a common mistake in the Navy, the paper reported. It’s not clear who made the original error.

This flies in the face of Christiefan and her ilk attacking Kyle in the thread with the same title.

I doubt they will apologize or admit they are wrong.

Listen up moron.

I posted my thread on 5/27 and the info came from Yahoo.com, just like yours. This is the important point from the article:

"The website cited internal Navy documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, as well as interviews with unnamed Navy officials. According to the report, Kyle was warned by the Pentagon before he published his book that his medal count was incorrect. And this isn’t like embellishing a résumé; lying about medals and achievements is a serious ethical violation that could violate both the military’s Uniform Code of Military Justice and federal law."

Over six weeks later the Navy issued a "correction." "Navy officials said a clerical error was made on the DD 214 form issued to Kyle in 2009, which is a common mistake in the Navy, the paper reported. It’s not clear who made the original error."

Whether or not the Navy made a clerical error we'll never know. But you have some nerve calling me a liar for posting what was up-to-date information back in May. If you need an apology get in touch with the dopes at the Navy who made the mistake, because hell will freeze over before I ever apologize to you for anything.

And your ignorant comments are why I don't respond to you and also ban you from my threads, you whiny little pissant. F*ck you and the horse you rode in on.

How are my comments ignorant? You made serious allegations about Kyle and refuse to admit you were wrong. You called him all sorts of names, but I'm the whiny pissant for saying you were wrong. The Navy says you're were wrong, but I'm the whiny pissant for stating that fact.

Your post above shows you're a very angry person. You've never given me a chance. You thread banned me from the beginning after LT told you I was Yurt. So your claim that this is why you ban me from your threads is not accurate. Had you actually discussed things with me then I would understand, but you didn't and I think this is the first time you've responded to me.

All you had to do was say, looks like I was wrong, but I don't believe the Navy, I would rather believe some reporter.

Oh, and cite where I called you a liar, I don't recall calling you a liar.

It sure is convenient that the Navy finds this "new information" after some intrepid reporters discover the truth about Kyle's inflated record.

Look at that, using "the Navy" once again, after LYING I didn't quote you.

Why won't you answer the question about what you mean by the Navy?

Did you place quotation marks around "my words" when you "quoted them"?

NO?

Then you DIDN'T QUOTE ME.

Stop LYING.

He keeps saying "the Navy", but refuses to say what he means that.

If he had been knocking off white euro Christians, they'd be screaming for him to get the medal of honor .. make it two medals of honor.

Why won't you answer the question about what you mean by the Navy?

Because, as I've explained to you numerous times now.

I refuse to play your infantile "gotcha" games.

Numerous times? Cite one post where you've explained it.

I won't be surprised if you don't. And how is asking you to explain what you said a "gotcha" game? When I used the same exact wording you did, you claimed I made a blanket statement, yet, here you are again using the same words, are YOU making a blanket statement?

Just to make it clear to you, there are two questions. 1. What did you mean by "the Navy"? 2. Why is it when I used the same exact wording you accused me of making a blanket statement?
