Wrong. He *assumed* that the judge would be biased due to his DNA, and lashed out at him. That's the very foundation of racism -- assuming that a person will think/act in a certain way due to their ethnicity, and treating them poorly because of it.

He was talking about the people. The context was immigration, and he wanted immigrants from "Norway," not those "shit-hole countries."

I realize that this conversation is futile; you want to believe that he's not racist; I know that he is, but no proof will suffice since you have decided otherwise.

Second hand quotes. The quote marks are not because Trump said these words, they are because somebody else said that Trump said.

I guess it depends on what your definition of racism is. I see racism as disliking someone, and treating them badly, because of their race or ethnicity. I don't think assuming that ethnic groups stick together is racism.

I doubt Trump read that book or even knew what was in it. Unless he admitted to the quotes themselves, I don't believe he said those things. Besides, this is stuff he supposedly said back in the nineties, over twenty years ago.

Yes, but he didn't say the people were shit-hole people. He was talking about the cultures they are coming from. Bernie Sanders was also against third world immigration, even if he was nicer in how he put it.

I'm not a Trump supporter, so I don't care much either way. However, I do think these nonsense claims are going to help get him reelected. Cortez already shot herself in the foot by calling him racist.
