As much as Trump and the MAGA militia say they are conservative, they are not, nor do they represent core conservative principles whose presence is necessary for an operating democracy.
As the opinion states, the real danger here isn’t Trump, or the MAGA militia, but what follows and the appetite to descend into authoritarianism.
