If you look at map among these countries the US is the only one that borders a third world country like mexico which is used as an access point for other illegals. If you compare the gun deaths in south america to the US you will see what kind of culture we are importing. Since the "home" country is closeby this also decreases the need for assimilation.

Also this is a liberal think thank ranking countries according to the values they would like to see as they define them. Of course they would rank the US badly.
