First lady is not a job so effectiveness is meaningless.
Photographers have been documenting her angry black woman bent since she was in grade school.

I disagree that it's not a job. What First Lady spent her four or eight years leading a completely private life inside the WH? They all pick a cause or a project to highlight, entertain heads of state, visit other countries etc.

Please show evidence of photographers documenting her as angry all the way back in grade school.
