june 1 2016 Amber Heard's dire financial situation has been revealed after court documents showed the actress is losing money at an alarming rate.
The 30-year-old filed for divorce from husband Johnny Depp last week requesting he pay her spousal support of $50,000 (£34,500) a month plus her legal costs.
She cited irreconcilable differences for the split, which has triggered a battle over Depp's huge $400million fortune.

Who's fault is it but Johnny Depp's? He knew the law when he decided to get into a marriage. No reason to get mad at the woman for exercising her rights. If you don't want to be potentially on the hook for a lot of money don't sign a fucking marriage contract dumbass!

He pursued her after she repeatedly rejected him, and he never draw up a prenup, there is also alleged abuse.
If a man hit me, I would take him to the cleaners!

Depp tells the Court he'll pay her the $50K a month; but due to her inability to handle her finances, that he wants the money to be overseen by a receivership.

Whilst he is pretty stupid not to have signed a pre-nup, she is also said to be demanding $20 million for one year of marriage. That sound pretty fucked up to me.

He never drew up a prenup because she wouldn't sign one. She was also in a lesbian partnership as well. Seems pretty clear that the scheming bitch wanted to take him to the cleaners and has hit the motherlode. He should have talked to Paul McCartney first before marrying the trollop.

I read it was him that refused to have a prenup, so, if she wanted him for his money, it seems foolish he didn't have one drawn up!

I hate people that are so obviously mercenary and venal, that she happens to be a woman is incidental. Oh and it was she who wouldn't sign a prenup, poor Johnny wasn't thinking clearly and agreed, much to the chagrin of his ex-wife Vanessa Paradis!!
