If you read the Constitution you would see it says that states legislatures can appoint their reps to the EC ANY WAY they want.

They illegally change the times of the election giving some Democrats more time to vote than Republicans. The also changed mail in voting laws illegally.

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1:

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

There was no evidence in the search warrant affidavit other than quoted debunked prior CT stuff and the DoJ relied on judges giving them the benefit of the doubt (presumption or regularity) when they present information saying this is sufficient to establish the elements of a potential crime. Judges across the country are learning that with this Trump DoJ, they can no longer simply trust them as they are caught lying consistently so it is changing slowly but they still are getting away, initially, with some crap.

So get your excuse ready and your next talking point out, for when that search warrant is invalidated.
