George Floyd was a scumbag. He had a list of felonies and other crimes he'd done and was convicted for. He was trying to pass counterfeit money and committed shoplifting when the store clerk wouldn't accept his phony funny money, in the incident with the police in which he died took place. He was also higher than a kite on fentanyl. George Floyd almost certainly died from the fentanyl overdose in his system like tens of thousands of other people have.
Yep, same racist trumptard shit we've been hearing since Floyd was murdered in cold blood. If you dehumanize Floyd, you don't have to mourn him - like you're mourning a REAL criminal and all-around crazy scumbag, your ex-girlfriend, Ashli Babbitt - who WAS actually killed justifiably after being warned to retreat several times.

Okay, why was George Floyd stopped by the police and arrest in the incident in which he died? You tell me. Are you really going to try and claim the cops just showed up out of nowhere and decided to hassle him? That has nothing to do with the eventual outcome of that incident.
In Babbitt's case, the cop failed to follow his use of force guidelines and then fled the scene. I've never argued about what Babbitt was doing and its illegality. I have only stated that Byrd didn't follow his law enforcement training in shooting her.
George Floyd's life was snuffed out in public view while he was begging for it. I know - this is a fact - and you're allergic.

So? That's irrelevant to the underlying cause of the incident. Floyd was committing a felony. The police arrived to arrest him. To the police, he resisted and they responded. Floyd then died, almost certainly, of an overdose of fentanyl. The police didn't know he was on that drug and that there was more than three times the necessary level of it in his system to kill him.
So Ashli Babbi was committing a felony - breaking and entering. But you don't apply the same metrics to her? I wonder why? Could it be....

Regardless, Byrd was required to follow federal use of force guidelines. He made ZERO attempt to move into the hallway, make his presence known, and try and use less than lethal force to stop her, all of which he clearly could have done.
Worse, he fled the scene--he admitted it--after shooting her. What cop can shoot someone and then just walk (run) away from the shooting as if it didn't happen? The other half-dozen cops on the other side of that window, mixed in with the rioters, stayed on the scene and even rendered assistance. Byrd ran.
I was trained to those same guidelines. Byrd's actions were chargeable crimes but the Democrats running Congress made damn sure to protect him.
By climbing through the broken window she was participating in the crime, thus was just as guilty had she broken it herself. But as you just admitted, she was committing a crime - why are you justifying Floyd's murder and not Babbit's? Oh, yeah the "black" thing. He had other areas of the Capitol to protect. He has no reason to stay where he was. He was outnumbered and needed to team up with his fellow cops. Babbit's death was a tragedy, but she brought it on herself. You do the crime; you face the consequences.
You characterize it as Byrd "running" because that's what gets you to sleep at night. You try to hold off thousands of trumptard fucks trying to kill you.
He did his job. The shooting was investigated, and Byrd was rightfully cleared of any wrongdoing. Justice can be ugly but it was done in Babbit's case.

That doesn't automatically equate to use of deadly force. The use of force guidelines remain in place. Byrd didn't follow them.

No, he didn't. There were plenty of Capitol police present, and he was hardly the only one. Aside from that, he was a lieutenant and supervisor. He should have been acting as one. Instead, he was on his own and acted outside the scope of his authority first by not following use of force guidelines and then fleeing the scene.
He didn't go somewhere else he was needed afterwards either.
Byrd ran. That's a problem. There were other officers present on the other side of that door he was at. They likely were visible to him. They were mixed in with the rioters and they didn't run.
He fucked up. It wasn't his first time majorly fucking up either. He was a DEI hire. That Byrd was cleared says the Democrats in Congress were rewarding him politically rather than seeing justice done. That doesn't absolve Babbit. It makes Byrd culpable for his actions.
If I broke your home's window, walked away, and someone else climbed through and stole your precious hooker scalp collection you'd still want to shoot him if you caught him in the act, whether it was I who broke your window or not. Give it up, TA. You've lost this one.

George Floyd killed himself, through heavy drug use. His severe drug abuse caused him to have a heart attack. All witnesses observed his inability to breathe from said heart attack. An ambulance was summoned but the damage that George Floyd did to his own body was irreparable and led to his demise.
