they aren't forcing you to get the vaccine, they are forcing anyone entering their building to be vaccinated. You won't be laid off because you did not get the vaccine you are laid off because you can't come to work.

An employer can't force anyone to get the vaccine or a hysterectomy. An employee cannot force an employer to employ him or her either.

How many time must you ignorant shitheads be told the obvious? No your employer cannot force you to get the vaccine and it has nothing to do with its approval status. Even if it has passed every test in the book you can't be forced to take it. He can let you go if you don't want to take it but he cannot force you to take it.

There are plenty of companies who either wont insure employees who smoke or just wont hire them. I sure wouldn't want to be working with other employees who aren't vaccinated. hy would a company risk major increases to their health insurance premiums due to unvaccinated employees. As to the remainder of your post, its the bullshit to be expected. Your kind refuses to embrace, health or science or even education, like you fucking know better than the doctors, teachers or scientists..
