Unless the citizen owns a gun and is killing children with said gun, then the Government shouldn't be allowed to do anything to stop the barbaric act..
 
Had Republicans not wanted to use Partial Birth Abortion as a political football it would have been outlawed during the Clinton Administration.

The hell you say, I know exactly what abortion is, and partial birth abortion is exactly the term. How would delivering the baby except for the head, jamming a vacuum into the back of the skull and sucking out the brain, and then delivering the rest of the baby saving the mothers life you imbecile. Obama is ok with the practice of letting a child being aborted which lives, being put in a room given no care and left to die.
