nov 30 2017 SAN FRANCISCO — After nearly a week of deliberations, a jury of six men and six women found an undocumented immigrant accused of fatally shooting 32-year-old Kate Steinle two years ago at San Francisco’s Pier 14 not guilty of murder charges

A verdict has been reached in the Garcia Zarate case.

The jury, which includes three immigrants, weighed charges against Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, 54, accused of gunning down Steinle in July 2015 while she was walking with her father in the city’s Embarcadero district. Jurors started deliberating Nov. 21 but took a break because of the Thanksgiving holiday last week.

The jury considered first-degree, second-degree, or involuntary manslaughter for Garcia Zarate, who also faces charges of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Hopefully this will backfire on the open-borders gang. This proves our whole legal system is controlled by the illegal alien lobby meaning Big Business. They control the judge and jury.

Monster had been deported 5 times and convicted of felonies 7 times and he confessed in a jailhouse interview!! Those 3 immigrant jurors were undoubtedly the problem.

Absolutely. The dumbass accidental shot off a gun where the bullet bounced off the ground and then hit an innocent civilian. It was a tragedy but not a willful act. Whether a citizen or not it was an accident. Thank gawd there are intelligent people who can see the difference. I'd ask why can't you but that would be asking too much.
