What other explanation is there? She's actually a man? She was born the wrong sex? It's called a mental illness people pure and simple. Instead of getting help they are exploited for profit and sick thrills of truly evil people.

I would love to hear an actual explanation of any position other than someone who was born with male or female body parts is anything but that sex. Of course, I won't get that from anyone here.
