The hell with 'fabric'. It may not be a crime but it sure looks bad for a member of Congress. In this day and age, with the spotlight on sexual harassment, Franken won't survive this. He's history. No big loss. He's been in Congress long enough. Get the dead wood out.

Everyone understands Franken's comedic background and the kind of edge pushing humor he was known for.

That was the kind of thing they do to this day on SNL.

Time will tell. I know we're not comparing apples to apples but it sure looks hypocritical for dems to lambast Roy Moore and give Al Franken a pass.

Because public opinion means a lot in a democracy. Moore isn't even elected yet. Maybe whatever is revealed with media attention on Franken lowers his prospects.
And it can force a prosecutor's hand, or congress to hold hearings that can have legal significance.
As you are aware your own party is teed up to expel Moore should he be elected. Public opinion and that of the congress in this matter seem to
agree. No reason to refer to public opinion on a political message board about a current event? That's your point?

Someone brought up the Dice Man the other day and I hadn't heard his name in years. Not sure if it was on here or not. He was awesome. (that movie he did was horrific however)
