And I only got that because I was so stupid and turned my lights off (at night) to try and evade him. Even though it was in a city...DUMB!!! Hey...I was 21.
If I had left my lights on - I would have only got a big fine and that's it.
Not even a license suspension.

And I was not in a jail...a 'prison' with murderers in all the lovelies.

And if there is one thing that cons depend on more than anything in prison...it's company.
If you force every con (especially violent ones) to serve their ENTIRE sentence in solitary?
It will drive most of them NUTS.
Some will not mind - especially the really crazy ones (IMO).
But most of them will FREAK OUT.

Also, all anyone learns in prison is how to be a better criminal.
Prisons - as they are now - are almost useless.

It just makes the cons smarter and more angry for when they get out.

We HAVE to separate cons, eliminate parole and make violent crimes MUCH longer sentenced and non-violent ones MUCH shorter sentenced.

That is what I think...anyway.

These ol' boys would be better off hanged. Why have taxpayers supporting them for years and years?

The very same people that cheer the Aubrey outcome decry the Rittenhouse outcome. BOTH OUTCOMES WERE CORRECT. The system worked correctly as it should have. Its totally appropriate to point that fact out.

That's what I figured it would be, life with parole chance for the 3rd guy, life without parole for the father and son. Good decision.

Arbery was definitely a thug and was probably up to something.

But those fat-ass hillbilly gun-goobering Trumpsuckers over reacted to an insane degree.

Some guy was snooping around a construction site so you break out the shotguns????

I understand Arbery was probably trying to get the shotgun away from the one slob, and he was technically defending himself, but had the gun-sucker moron not had his shotgun out there to begin with, they would not have had reason to fear he was going to take it away and shoot hem with it and thus, would have had no perceived reason to shoot him and none of us woukd have ever had to suffer through hearing about any of them.

If they wanted to shoot him, they should have shot a couple of pictures of him with their phones as he ran by and told him they would turn it over to the police.

Everyone involved got what they asked for.

There have been thousands of murder cases in America.
And the Rittenhouse case has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with this case.

Yet you just coincidentally dragged out the Rittenhouse case (which I agree was also a good decision) that you surely know the lefty left's (wrongly) freaked out over.

In other words - you deliberately are trying to stir up shit that has NOTHING to do with the OP.
In a thread about the murder of an innocent young man.

How does a criminal 'suffer' if he is killed?
His suffering ends the second he dies.

And if you believe in God (which I don't. But a LOT of death penalty lovers seem to...for some odd reason)?
All he has to do is sincerely ask God for forgiveness (after taking him as his personal savior) on his deathbed?
And he goes to Heaven...guaranteed.

I have.
It's hell.
At least it was for me.
I would far rather die quickly than live for 30+ years in prison with NO chance of ever getting out.
