Again, no mention of Putin, not even his name

Vladimir Putin facing 'military riots' as Russian 'discontent' explodes over Ukraine

Vladimir Putin is hoping to secure his fifth term in office in March but dissent over the ongoing war in Ukraine and the death of his main political opponent could fuel unrest across the country.

Vladimir Putin has been warned he might face "military riots" as dissent over his leadership is "growing" around Russia.

Former presidential speechwriter Abbas Gallyamov said failure to secure an all-out victory in Ukraine, paired with the death of Alexei Navalny, is likely to fuel public restlessness ahead of next month's election.
Gallyamov said: "Sooner or later, it will definitely backfire because this discontent is growing."

Navalny died on February 16 while serving a 30-year prison sentence for inciting and financing extremism as well as fraud.

He maintained his innocence and dismissed the charges as politically motivated, citing his long-standing opposition to Putin and his party.

I haven’t heard much of anything that president tater head has said about ANYTHING lately, but by the reactions here from you donkeycrats, I assume he’s saying everything you guys want him to say. That’s all fine and dandy, but doesn’t it kind of slam the door on any kind of negotiations?

Pay just a little attention to the links above. The first two talk about the demented dictator dropping sanctions on the Nord Stream 2 pipeline soon after he took office. The third (from MSN no less!) is about pooty poot preferring your walking vegetable over Trump in the election. Can you provide a reason why he wouldn’t?

When Trump compares his situation with Navalny’s, he is saying how evil and twisted the Russian system of justice is, and by extension, anyone who supports that system, be they russian or American. I think this is especially true regarding the use of the “legal” system against political opponents.

Stop getting your panties in a bunch over Navalny. Russians will be Russians. Start paying attention to how our own system got to where it is today.

Voting for Trump.

”Donald Trump again compares his criminal indictments to imprisonment and death of Putin’s top rival”

“Donald Trump doubled down Tuesday on comparing his criminal indictments to the circumstances of Russian dissident Alexei Navalny”

“Navalny is a very sad situation, Trump said in response to a question from Fox News Channel’s Laura Ingraham. And it’s a horrible thing, but it’s happening in our country, too,” Trump continued, suggesting his criminal indictments — which include two cases stemming from his efforts to overturn his 2020 defeat — are proof that the U.S. is “turning into a communist country in many ways.”

“Ingraham began the discussion by offering Trump, who has praised Putin for years as a strong leader, a chance to clarify his only previous public reference to Navalny’s demise. In a social media post 72 hours after Russian officials confirmed Navalny had died, Trump broke his silence without mentioning Putin or Navalny’s family.

“The sudden death of Alexei Navalny has made me more and more aware of what is happening in our Country,” he wrote before blasting “CROOKED, Radical Left Politicians, Prosecutors, and Judges leading us down a path to destruction” and repeating his false claims that U.S. elections are riddled with fraud.”

“Trump made no mention of Putin, part of his longstanding pattern of refusing to denounce and often complimenting the Russian leader going back to when he was in the White House. But his remarks come as House Republicans have refused to provide more funding to Ukraine in its defense against Russia’s invasion and as many in the Republican Party grow more accepting of Russian expansionism.”

Still no condemnation or even mention of Putin, couldn’t be any more obvious Trump is scared of offending Vladimir, and with the GOP following Trump’s direction, so is the right

And if one needs any more proof Fox is directly campaigning for Trump Ingraham’s failure to further question Trump on his refusal to even say Putin’s name proves it, the only thing missing was the phone number and address running below the screen on where to send donations

Poor anchovies, time to trot out the old Media Matters Russia, Russia, Russia, tripe? It is very easy to see where you get your newz.

What happened when they tried that in Thailand Tom?

Navalny was a Western operative who was almost completely rejected by Russians as a traitor, who likely willingly killed himself with poison....this is another sad case of Trump running his mouth about things he knows nothing about. If Trump was like Navalny he would be working for China Bloc, and would be held in low esteem by Americans...which is most certainly not the case.

The level of lies that Hawkeye must believe to stay in the alt right is mind boggling.
