That’ll create 10,000 jobs. 7,000 construction jobs. 3,000 jobs once the factories are finished.
The 800,000 is a lie. Almost all of that was simply jobs that came back after the shutdown. Biden has made this claim more than once, using figures between 500,000 and 800,000. Also, the number of manufacturing jobs in America has been on the decline pretty steadily since about 1980 due mostly to increasing automation.
Then, he touts the Intel plant in Ohio, ignoring the Taiwan Semiconductor plant in Phoenix. The reason for this is almost certainly his kowtowing to China and not wanting to mention Taiwan because of Chinese sensitivity about that. It kind of goes with his limp wristed response to China's spy balloon...
Then he says this.

I’m a capitalist. But just pay your fair share.
What's their "fair share?" What tax rate should they pay and be a "fair share?" Saying it is one thing, putting a solid number on it is another.
I’m so sick and tired of companies breaking the law by preventing workers from organizing.
Pass the PRO Act because workers have a right to form a union. And let’s guarantee all workers a living wage.
This is a lie. The PRO Act would almost force workers to join a union, not give them the choice to do so. It is unfair and unethical. In many companies, unions can't get workers to join. That's why unions want the PRO Act passed.

You may have noticed that Big Oil just reported record profits.
Then there's this...
Last year, they made $200 billion in the midst of a global energy crisis.
It’s outrageous.
They invested too little of that profit to increase domestic production and keep gas prices down.
Instead, they used those record profits to buy back their own stock, rewarding their CEOs and shareholders.
Corporations ought to do the right thing.
If you listen to his actual speech he goes off on an ad lib about calling energy officials to the White House and asking them to drill more and build refineries. He then says he he told them he isn't ending oil production for "at least ten years."
I don't see that in the transcript.
It speaks to Biden's totally clueless naiveite about energy production. Would you as an energy company invest in drilling wells or building refining capacity at a cost of millions to tens, possibly hundreds, of millions if you
knew that the government would force you to end production in a decade give or take and that it would take years to get that new capacity online? Any sensible energy CEO would say "HELL NO!" they wouldn't invest in that lunacy at all.
Biden cut his own throat on trying to sell increased oil production there.
