Can we be fair here? Biden did not grope the little male child. He just put his nose up against his back and gave him a good sniff.

Please note I am not kink shaming Biden here. I think I am very liberated sexually and understand that each person gets of to their own thing.

If I were to rate it from a scale of Franken to Toobin this would be closer to the Franken side than the Toobin one.

LOL. That wasn't a sniff. He tried to talk tot he baby but it snubbed him.
 
After Ziggy gave me a link to the video, I realized my error. It wasn't two videos edited together. But the rest of my point still stands.

At that angle and cleverly edited and slow motion make it look worse than it really is.
