Well, considering it uses race and gender information to discrimnate, it is unconstitutional regardless or your fuckardly thoughts on it.
How so?

AA has definitely "helped" women in particular by the millions. And the KKK probably has only thousands in "members" currently. It doesn't help your cause to minimize the one and exaggerate the other.Affirmative Action doesn't even scratch the surface of creating equal opportunity for blacks and other minorities. The KKK has millions, affirmative action has helped thousands. Grand Wizard Please!!!
You are apperantly not intelegent enough to see my argument.
How would you change it to make it work this way?As I would have it, no, it would only be used as a means of measuring and controlling against racism.
It's somewhat mysterious and varies from intitution to institution, but they take your race and gender information and factor it in to the hiring process.
Guess what. It's always worse to be white and male.
Go look at Wall St or the Real Estate industry. Are you going to honestly try and tell me that it is a disadvantage to being a white male?
Looking at faces is not how constitutionality is measured.
The reality is you are playing victim just as much as those who cry there is KKK around every corner and that's what's holding me down.

I don't know all the details of every AA plan, so I don't know what would change. Like I said, no hard quotas, just do it like budgets are done. If there is a severe variance then you better have a legitimate reason.
I see no reason why a business owner does not have the right to institute policies intended to ensure his employees are not discriminating.
Isn't there a difference though between a business owner setting up policies to make sure his employees don't discriminate and the government mandating policies that give preference to race or sex?

Protectionism = Racism
Not really. Protetionism hurts working americans of all races.
Protectionism = Racism
It is. nAHZi, and his fellows, seek unearned benefits of race and nationality.
Nations are to benefit the entire citizenry, not to forcibly manipulate the labor markets to benefit corporations. The protections of a national government are the right of all citizens. People fought to defend this nation specifically so future generation could have benefit.
Plus, outsourcing a nations entire supply chain is stupid for other reasons as well, including national security concerns.
Nope, nobody adopted your racist/nationalist social contract.
