Was it me?
yeah when the GED/data entry clerck doesn't like a policy it's all of the sudden unconstitutional. LOL
do you believe race/gender based discrimination to be constitutional?
yeah when the GED/data entry clerck doesn't like a policy it's all of the sudden unconstitutional. LOL
I support it because it is the only answer I know to the Good Ole Boy network that got GWB into Yale and the Alabama Air National Guard....
AssHat, how is EOE discriminatory?
How could anything AFFIRMATIVE be bad, it's such a positive word?
A policy stating we don't discriminate should be viewed as discriminatory?
So you admit you support unconstitutional racial discrmination. At least you're honest.
Under the covers it's discrimination against white males. Things are often more sinister than their labels may indicate.
Once the Prejudicial Good Ole Boy network that got GWB to office is wiped out, Ill be against AA.
WE have an obviously unintelegent white male who got to the presidency based on a prejudicial system, and we have an obviously very intelegent half black, half white male who got to the presidency without AA. You tell me what system is more harmfull.
Whether you like President Obama or not, you have to admit he is very intelegent.
Have you stated on here what industry you work in or is that something you choose to keep to yourself?
I don't have a problem with some sort of AA when it comes to government jobs and contracts. There just should not be that many of them. Further, if a private institution wishes to implement such schemes, on their own, I don't care. It's their business.
But the policies should not be designed as some sort of reparations. Instead, it should be used as a control against institutionalized racism. I would not use any hard quotas but make it more like a budget. If you are off, then you better have a good explanation as to why, e.g., low level of minority applicants.
It IS institutionalized racism, against whites.
It's something that's irrelevant to the unconstitutionality of mass discrminationa against white males in all segments of our society.
Dude, I'm a white male who doesn't agree with AA but there is not some mass discrimination going on against white males. What industry is this taking place in? Can you give some specific examples?
It IS institutionalized racism, against whites.
I'm for AA because I don't like George W. Bush. That's a hell of an argument Jarod.
As I would have it, no, it would only be used as a means of measuring and controlling against racism.
