Under the covers it's discrimination against white males. Things are often more sinister than their labels may indicate.
Im not so sure its unconstitutional, but it is a form of racial discrimination.

Once the Prejudicial Good Ole Boy network that got GWB to office is wiped out, Ill be against AA.
WE have an obviously unintelegent white male who got to the presidency based on a prejudicial system, and we have an obviously very intelegent half black, half white male who got to the presidency without AA. You tell me what system is more harmfull.

I'm for AA because I don't like George W. Bush. That's a hell of an argument Jarod.
I don't have a problem with some sort of AA when it comes to government jobs and contracts. There just should not be that many of them. Further, if a private institution wishes to implement such schemes, on their own, I don't care. It's their business.
But the policies should not be designed as some sort of reparations. Instead, it should be used as a control against institutionalized racism. I would not use any hard quotas but make it more like a budget. If you are off, then you better have a good explanation as to why, e.g., low level of minority applicants.

Yes. there is mass discrmination against white males. As these programs are everywhere and they ALL have an impact. It's delusional to believe they are everywhere, yet have no impact.
As I would have it, no, it would only be used as a means of measuring and controlling against racism.
