They like to get hung up on minor points, to think they've "won" some kind of argument. The truth is, it doesn't matter why Aetna dropped out. Sooner than later, there will be so few providers that they will be able to charge what they will. Take it or leave it, because there will be no other options.

@Sailor... I actually am in the process of writing an op-ed for the Anchorage newspaper about moosecare.

Congratulations! It is a winner for everyone. You should also bend your Congressman's ear about it also. It is quite clear the current insurance companies and our government is incapable of figuring it out. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool.
