Acosta's hard-pass revoked

Acosts pushed the woman's arm away with his arm. I'm sure that physical contact is what got him banned

Yep, he knew she was ordered to take the mic, and he physically intimidated her and stopped her from doing her job when she tried to take it.

She naturally reacted as if she was being bullying and threatened with physical assault by a man.

Check out in this video, start at 1:29, go frame by frame if you want (use that pause button), he places his hand on her arm, initiating contact, and pushes her away from him while pulling back the White House mic as he tries to hijack a presser for his own use. He then says, "Pardon me, ma'am".. Watch her reaction as she turns to the President in shock... then kneels down and clearly is working through what just happened and what to do about it.

The White House is absolutely in the right on this one, until he apologizes to her and the WH, and his boss explains how they will make sure that their reporters understand that putting their hands on White House staffers in the Press room is not okay, they should revoke access to CNN, IMHO. It isn't okay to push around women just because you think this is a one on one session at CNN rather than a WH press briefing with the President.

The self-serving drama queen is out of the loop in the WH for a while. He was over the top pushing the arm of the WH gal whose job was to keep the mic moving through the crowd at the presser.
He won't get to see himself on TV as much for a while. He'll be back in there at some point I'm sure. But, for now he's out.

I watched it. The White House lied. CNN is correct. The incident described is as phoney as Trump's tax returns.

Trump was especially creepy and flip during his 90 minute "press conference".

Refusing to give up the mic isn't the only problem I have with that video. Acosta wasn't engaged in reporting, he was lecturing Trump on the nature of the caravan and that's not his job.

No she didn't. She reacted like someone embarrassed her efforts to yank the mic from his hands failed making her look bad in front of the boss.

incidental contact then. He has to get banned either way for his behavior.
He was aggressive and rude to Trump and his fellow reporters. He needs to learn to play nice with others.

Like I said, then just ban him for being a Mean Girl. Just don't try to couch it in something so weak. It looks limp wristed the way it was done.

One of the few times I'm going to disagree with you.

She was physically unable to do her job because the guy was bigger, stronger, and threatening.

An old white creep wrestling with a young female White House intern. Good riddance Accoster...

Funny, every President regardless of party has had journalists who drive them nuts yet I can't recall any who felt the need to ban them because they couldn't deal with them at press conferences

can you recall a journalist who thought he could tell a president who's questions he would answer....

She already had a good grip on the mic, and was starting to walk away with it. There was no reason for her to let go of it at that point, ... other than an instinctive reflexive reaction generated by fear of a physical threat. She was shocked, in the moment, and her instincts took over.

Sorry but bad call on your part and Trump's. He was pulling his arms back from a gesture and brushed the intern who had reached up and jerked at the mic. Would have far more respect for Trump if he just said, "You suck. No more." than inventing this nonsense.

it wasn't his choice whether to relinquish the mic or not.....when she reached and he didn't give it to her, he had already gone too far.....

Jesus CHrist you're a whiny bitch. She is not made of glass. She was putting her hands on him, why is she not being charged with assault? He wasn't even paying attention to her, she ran into his arm because she was trying to assault him to take away his mic. Bitch should apologize to him.
