Abrego Garcia Returned!

Either way he had set foot on US soil, and the judges ruling has been obeyed.
WRONG

He is back because of the indictment in Tennessee not the Judge in Maryland...is he in Maryland or Tennessee right now?

Notice he wasn't brought back till after the indictment! ... Thats what u are suppose to do bring people in where ever they may be to face the charges...thats what happened

Either way, Trump obeyed. I suspect he was desperate to find some way to save face because he knew he was going to have to.

Trump didn't obey the Maryland Judge or the POS would have been brought back to Maryland

Trump honored a Tennessee Grand Jury indictment for the POS to be brought here to face MANY human trafficking charges

He did. TACO manufactured a Grand Jury indictment as cover for having fucked up, and it’s an excuse to bring the guy back. My guess is the criminal case will fall apart and the guy will be properly deported this time.

Federal Grand Jury indictments will/would bring back anyone. even if THEY DONT WANT TO COME..its the law!
Indictment of someone that has fled to a foreign country normally requires a process of extradition. That requires a formal request and the court in the foreign country agreeing to return the person. This didn't happen in the case of Abrego Garcia. There was no request for extradition. There was simply a return after the request by the US government. This would seem to show that the US could have asked for his return at any point and have him returned.

Secondly, no country is required to return someone indicted in the US to the US. The person requested to be extradited can challenge his extradition in most countries. An example of this would be Julian Assange. He wasn't returned after being indicted. There are many countries that refuse to extradite someone at risk of death penalty. The US has had to take the death penalty off the table in some cases to get the alleged criminal returned.
