Have you not seen BLM painted on public streets? By Politicians? Have you not seen people getting arrested by using their first amendment rights to disagree with that and paint over it?

Niether is burning down buildings, looting and rioting, tearing down statues, etc. Those have actual laws against them.

I used to get pissed off when we lived in the city and "politicians" painted a bike lane right in front of my house and even painted little biker icons on them. But if I, a mere citizen, had gone out (as I threatened to do several times) and used a big Sharpie to paint Xs for the biker icon's eyes... would I have been in trouble? Would my ticket for defacing public property have been a violation of my first amendment rights?

I saw a report the other day of some Mob Member claiming that physical assault is protected free speech....this is the level of insanity that we are dealing with...also lack of decency.

Not really. Those are by citizens. And not many Americans have a problem with a real civil rights movement or leader. No politician made them happen overnight on public streets.
