Did this raw intelligence include Flynn’s calls with the Russian ambassador? Depending on what Schiff and Nunes turn up, this could be a real scandal, particularly if the names of other Trump associates picked up in incidental surveillance were unmasked and distributed widely within the government.

This would mean that the Obama administration had effectively short-circuited the FISA process by checking to see if Trump associates were picked up incidentally on existing surveillance, and then disseminating the take widely within the intelligence bureaucracy. That’s not the same as ordering — without court oversight — a targeted wiretap on Trump Tower. But it’s pretty serious, nonetheless.

Trump may be on to something even though Obama didn't 'personally' wire tap Trump Tower lol.

And it may be that the real scandal is Obama lowering the classification level [just before he left office] of unredacted intelligence involving Russians and Flynn so as to bypass the FISA court.

It would explain the leaks, since the information would be seen by more eyes in the IC.

If true, Trump is 'lying' only in the sense he wasn't being factually accurate in his Tweet. But he would be right in the sense his campaign was *illegally tapped* under orders from Obama.

The reader can decide which is the bigger scandal.

we know low level raw NSA data was released widely throughout the IC to generate "reports" or deliberately brought up in briefing by Obamatrons to generate reports.
The reports are then widely distributed,making the possibility of leakage much more commonly possible

Which makes the lack of a FISA warrant meaningless. Note how Trump has been castigated by the lockstep media for 'lying' [if the OP is true, it becomes debatable whether he lied] and even if he did, he didn't break any laws.

Where as, Obama DID break laws in order to sabotage Trump's presidency.

I have ceased to follow the breathless Rachael Maddow type daily "Russian Connection" so called reportage.
WHO IS DOING THE LEAKING by the IC is the story here, not these bullhockey daily "connections".

People are committing felonies and getting away with it

If Obama did something illegal show America the proof. I'm willing to look at actual evidence.

With trump's lies it's like fighting off cobwebs. He slanders people left and right and they can't even defend themselves because there's never any actual fact to push back against. trump's like the mean girls in high school with all his gossiping and rumor-mongering.

it is. but it exists, and it's not able to be seen (footprints) so you look at it's scope of power
and you look at it's known motivations and connect the dots..to a real connection or not.

There's as much actual evidence against Obama in the OP as there is for the Russian conspiracy. If it's true, Trump didn't actually slander Obama.

Get the proof, show your evidence. If Obama did anything criminal & it's proven, I won't excuse it & dismiss it and apologize for it, as you've done w/ Trump and his sad lie for 2 weeks now.

I think even you realize at this point that electing Trump was an egregious mistake. The man is not fit for this office.
