True, but his point is also valid in that the 'white people whining' was back in the 1960's. How many white athletes today bitch and moan that there should be more white men in the NFL so that the NFL more accurately reflects the population of the US?

Isolated cases of where you may believe some policy enacted under affirmative action discriminates against white men is not proof that white men suffer wholesale discrimnation in the US. It's a ridiculous notion with white men being dominate still in most fields of endeavor. In fact, the evidence demonstrates that white men are over-represented in most fields often based on discrimnatory practices.

Not the NFL, but on college teams many still lament about the blacks dominating NCAA basketball....

University of KY Wildcats. I know many of the Alumnus and several of Atheletic association members. They long for the days of Adolph Rupp and the "Twin Towers". BTW virtually all of the athletic association members are of European descent.
