Administration policies are not what has caused the increase in the cost of gas and anyone who thinks if trump were still president that gas would be $2.00 gallon they are idiots. A gas price gouging bill by democrats gets a markup today in the Commerce Committee. Chair Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) is sponsoring the bill, which would give the Federal Trade Commission an enforcement unit to analyze market data to make fuel prices transparent and ensure companies don’t engage in price gouging. Oil firms are taking advantage of the war in Ukraine to hike up prices and pocket the difference — the legislation will have pretty much no chance of getting through the 50-50 Senate because of republicans.

No, it isn't. The United States has fallen. The former federal government is an oligarchy. The States are each deciding their own futures, whether to join The Oligarchy, remain independent, or attempt to re-establish the republic with some sort of constitution, or perhaps the Constitution of the United States.

The Fed has essentially lost control. They have one of two choices, both evil:

1) cut back on the money supply and risk uncontrolled deflation, resulting in a debt crash.
2) monetary easing and risk hyperinflation, resulting in a cash crash.

Economically, the country is in a depression, and has been since the Democrats shut down the economy over Covid.

There is only one cause for inflation. Monetary easing...the printing of money with no corresponding increase in wealth. This was directed by Biden and Democrats in Congress.

Lie. The DEMOCRATS are the ones that shut down the economy. Not Trump. You can't blame the depression on anything but the DEMOCRATS. Gas prices started rising rapidly as soon as Biden was installed, long before any war in Ukraine.
