Ok, gotcha. My girlfriend here in SF is from Arlington as well. We were there a few months back. Took a tour of the new Cowboy Stadium.

I was feeling for Josh Hamilton as well especially after all he has been through. He said he could hear the kid yell for his dad after he fell. I wouldn't be surprised if somehow those two become connected. Not that it was Hamilton's fault but he seems like a pretty stand up guy and I can see him getting involved in this kid's life.

Actually, the Ranger organization had a decking between the outfield fence and the stands that would have prevented this tragedy. But they removed it because they were trying to control and regulate human behavior. They said it 'encouraged' fans to retrieve balls that ended up on the decking.
