the steele dossier was raw data. steele said a lot of it was unconfirmed. he was the former head spy for the brits in Moscow, had a lot of contacts, and our agencies took him seriously. they checked out what he claimed, not because of Hillary, but because it is their job to check out sources from reliable agents like Steele. and they were not spying on trump. but with russians who hung out with trump and his russian loving cronies.

There is literally no other way to reconcile it.
