by painting trump as the "nazi fascist dictator" the left really have painted themselves in a corner. Half your voters will not understand any compromise because why are you compromising with a fascist and the other half will be wondering why you cant get behind infrastructure.

If Trump actually becomes marginally successful which he has all indications of becoming the left now has to explain why a fascist suceeded.

I don't have any racist voters, matey - I live in a civilized country. Trump is an obvious Nazi because he uses 'left' noises to get the mugs to vote for an irresponsible dictatorship.

The peasantry seem to be stable. Consumer Spending is going up. If the peasantry were upset they would be hanging on to their money.
