The Russians keep proving how pathetic they are. The FSB(the modern KGB) was ordered to fake a terrorist attack in Moscow. Among the things they were supposed to plant was sim cards, used to store, and transport data in physical form, which would be suspicious in the modern cloud computing world.
What happens next is not a joke, it really happened.
