I dunno about that. The deep south states all have quite a few electoral votes, each. If you give her Floriduh, then she probably comes out ahead.
EDIT: Yep - WA+OR+CA = 74 EV; TX+LA+MS+AL+GA = 77 EV. So, whoever carries the Sunshine State, wins that contest...
