If I had been chosen to be one of the Framers of the original US Constitution, I would have the document completed in less than 5 minutes.
This would be the final draft of my US Constitution...
THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
(1) It is hereby declared that every one of the people of America possess one basic, human Right. This Right being the Right to do whatever they damn well please.
(2) This one basic Right is accompanied by one basic duty - the duty to take the consequences

I think my Constitution is as close to perfect as can be. It is brief, written in clear, simple English; and the political philosophy that grounds it is infallible.
Had MY US Constitution been ratified on June 21st, 1788, instead of the one that was, America would now be a virtuous (morally good) and happy land !
