Yes I'm a federalist, we live under a federalist system, federalism and states rights go hand in hand they are not in opposition to one another, you don't even know the terms you're using do you?

The federal congress actually has an enumerated power to pass election laws though it generally leaves it to the states, election fraud prevention would not be an abuse of said enumerated power.

I know for a fact that Governors and State Secretaries do not have the Constitutional authority to enact voting laws and procedures that is the plenary power of the state and federal legislatures but that's exactly what they did under the guise of Covid

States rights are part and parcel to federalism which is the systen established by the framers no supporter of states rights and the 10th amendment claims that the Federal government doesn't have enumerated powers this isn't a confederacy you literal retard.

The Constitution is clear that the federal legislature has an enumerated power which it can exercise to pass voting laws and a voter ID law to prevent fraud would in no way be an abuse of said power.

Explain how federalism and states rights are in opposition to one another retard. We'll wait.

A federalist structure is what allows for states rights you dumb fuck.

The federal government has enumerated powers which it can exercise without violating states rights, the tenth amendment provides that all powers not enumerated to the federal government are to be left to the states, that's what states rights are, thats what Federalism is, setting voting laws is an enumerated power of the federal legislature that it can exercise at its discretion.
