Yes, all of Cali's 55 EC votes went to Hillary, just like all of PA's 20, MI's 16 and WI's 10 went to trump.

I will never be convinced something fishy wasn't going on in PA. We have plenty of idiots who believed trump's lies but the bigger cities have more than enough voters to override the idiots.

I agree, especially about charter schools. Too many of them are just money-making opportunities for entrepreneurs and large corporations, with little interest in educational innovation.
