I completely agree that what Hillary did - stall about having evidence, obfuscating about how she destroyed the documents to save her ass were just as bad
the solution is to not ignore one - but to deal with both
But the notion that what Biden and Pence did is the same as Trump/Hillary is just foolish. the arguments used by those defending the indefensible shows they are unstable loose cannons that in no way shape or form will ever be part of the solution of reigning in runaway government.

Stop it. Hillary was investigated by the Reds a dozen times. She appeared in person and testified under oath for 11 hours. Not once did she take the 5th. When they asked her for information she supplied it without using the court to delay. If there was anything to nail her on, they would have, The system is not fair. The rich and powerful do not get treated like typical criminals. But Hillary acted exactly as an honest person with nothing to hide would have. Trump did the opposite every step of the way.
