Looks that way, and now they have the power to get what they want. Lets hope we are wrong about it being fascism.
Our Supreme Court looks unique around the world. Britain gives no right to their highest court to nullify Congress.
Even if we are totally wrong about Trump, (we are not), there will be a future president who takes advantage of todays decision.
Supreme Court is closer to Iran. President answers only to god.
