you asked how I knew. I was there. I was stationed in that town. I watched a fellow UN member from Belgium get his leg blown apart while driving away from the US Embassy ten months before the bombing. The attache knew of the ramped up risks. He knew that Israel was about to invade. He knew that the US embassy, as the main supporter of Israel, would be an even bigger target for arab terrorist attacks. He was right.... but the secretary of state, like Hillary, had a lot of competing demands from embassies around the world and the attache was told to make do with the marine contingent he had and to increase physical barrier security, which he did.

And you are asking me for a citation that somehow would show the ABSENCE of democrat's complaints about the embassy attack? Do you realize how fucking stupid that is? DUNCE?

I didn't ask how you knew, you lying dunce, I asked for credible evidence to support your claim that Reagan ignored security requests for the embassy you dishonest twit.

I didn't ask for a citation for the absence of Democratic partisan attacks on Reagan you dishonest twit; I asked if you were sure there were none.

But alas, reading comprehension is difficult for dishonest twits engaging in deflections and fabrications.

The two are completely dissimilar; Benghazi was not an embassy, it was a CIA compound used for missions that we still do not know the purpose of. We knew the purpose in Lebanon. It was a UN peace keeping mission.

The bombing of the US embassy was not due to a lack of security or a denial of support as was the case of Benghazi, it was because the bomber attained access with a security badge and parked a van full of explosives in the basement.

The bombing in Lebanon did not result in the Administration fabricating a lie about the events during an election.

So please spare me your inept and dishonest attempts to deflect from the issues surrounding Benghazi and desperate and dishonest defense of this administrations incompetence, malfeasance and attempts to lie about the event. This is nothing remotely similar to Lebanon regardless of your dimwitted attempts to suggest it is.

the van was parked under the front portico. it wasn't IN the basement.

I guess, you'd probably have to be smart enough to know what a portico was to understand that.... I guess I shouldn't assume that much from you. dunce.
 
for someone who didn't even KNOW about a US embassy bombing in Beirut, and then thought that the delivery van driver somehow drove down the steps into the embassy basement.... you really ought to reconsider calling anyone but the yahoo looking back at you in the mirror a dunce.
