really just cant discuss a patient with anyone the patient hasnt authorized.
but please note that patients routinely authorize a lot more people than they realize.
when you sign that form that allows the doc to bill your insurance its in the small print there
as well as all the stuff they ship off to the federal govt as a component of obamacare
(even if you do not use obamacare).
so unless you go under the table, they will know.

I don't think doctor-patient privilege is protected by any 9th amendment right to privacy.

"The common law does not recognize doctor-patient privilege, but the privilege exists in all jurisdictions through statutory language. However, the legislatures have created many statutory exceptions to the privilege that the ability to protect confidential information has greatly diminished. The Federal Rules of Evidence Rule 501 affords the privilege to a psychotherapist and patient relationship but contains no general doctor-patient privilege."

Again creating the national bank was necessary to carry out their enumerated powers.

Article I, Section 8, Clause 4 enumerates the power to "establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization" thus regulating immigration is necessary and proper in fulfilling that enumerated roll.

no cheating was involved......you simply didn't have the votes to get the SC justice you wanted.......obviously that means the "will of the people" was not sufficiently in your favor.....
