I don't doubt it to be true. Companies are being very creative in order to avoid ObamaCare: less than 30 hours/ week, contract work, overseas jobbers, sales force on 100% commission, etc. There are all sorts of way to avoid it.

but these things are cherry picked to only show "for economic reasons".. I mean previous admins did have part time work but "for economic reasons" and "for non economic reasons" are still not 95%....
