According to this story, a southwest Missouri man who said he made about $200 selling rabbits has been ordered by the United States Department of Agriculture to pay more than $90,000 for doing business without a license.

Two questions:

Under which of its enumerated powers does the power to license rabbit sellers fall?

Under which of its enumerated powers does the operation of a department of agriculture fall?

You're an idiot if you can't answer that for yourself. We aren't an anarchy. You don't have the right to sit around and just make up your own idiotic interpretation of the constitution and unilaterally enforce your idiotic anarchistic naivete on everyone else. That's not how this fucking works. The founders don't agree with you. If the founders agreed with you, then the founders would be idiots. You're an idiot. Not everything that could possibly ever be bad is unconstitutional. It would be impossible to ban everything bad without removing powers that society needs to have. If something bad happens, I suggest you work to have that repealed, not pretend that it's unconstitutional when it's not.
