If you want to claim that Trump is guilty of 34 felonies for bookkeeping entries someone on his staff made and were about the estimated value of real estate, but that he was ultimately responsible for them, then the Hildabeast is equally guilty of multiple felonies for violations of federal law on classified information and use of official e-mails.

Trump was PERSONALLY responsible for what his companies did. Funny how you hold Clinton responsible for brand new technology and buy that Trump is free of guilt for anything his company did and is how he ran his businesses,.

CEO's are not personally responsible for everything their companies do. You have to show that they were involved in some manner and that it simply wasn't a matter of some lower-level manager doing something without their knowledge.

The Hildabeast KNEW that she could not conduct official government business on a personal e-mail server, particularly one intended to circumvent proper handling and records keeping of those e-mails. Her staff which sent e-mails to that server would have known likewise. E-mail servers and computers that support them were not "brand new technology" either. They'd been around for decades when the Hildabeast did this. As First Lady she would have known about those rules. She had years and years of experience around the government in high positions to know what the requirements were.

In the case of Bragg's charges on Trump, he had to come up with a novel means--never used before or since--to even bring charges, then had to use charge stacking to break that down into 34 charges instead of the usual one covering all instances. He then needed a complicit and compliant judge to assist in helping to get the whole thing sold to a jury.

When it didn't result in Trump not being elected, the judge decided to cut his losses and discharged the whole case without so much as a dollar in penalties. If these felony charges are so egregious, why wasn't Trump fined or jailed for them? Why did the judge just toss out any penalty whatsoever? With the Hildabeast, no charges were brough to begin with.

Nope. His company is responsible for what his company does. The company must pay any fines incurred by the company and must pay any restitution.

He did not. Trump was pissed because Jeffrey stole a property he wanted to buy. He showed it to him, and Jeff bought instead of Trump. That has been well known, and Clinton said that was his understanding in his testimony.
The other rumor was that Jeffery was stealing girls from Mira Lago for his uses.
Trump came up with the other story to make himself look better.

Hillary was a big zero in computers. She knew about nothing. They came late to her life, and she always had people to rely on.
As to Trump, if they started his cases earlier, he would be in jail now. He was found guilty of 34 felonies by a JURY. Trump had the best defense money can buy. He would have lost the theft of a truckload of secret documents. He did not return them and lied repeatedly to the FBI and Records. He would have lost his tampering with elections charges in Georgia. He was involved in a fake electors plot. Trump has zero respect for laws and regulations. He has always had the money to escape justice.
