She had to go through training on how to handle classified information and the rules about official e-mail use. Everybody in the federal government and military has to. You have to sign off you had the training. That means she had ZERO excuse for using a private e-mail server. Assigning a lawyer to that task, who isn't a federal employee or contractor hired for that purpose means exactly NOTHING.
Her use of a private e-mail server was illegal. That the lawyer had copies of the file is ILLEGAL. That she parsed through the server when caught and only gave the government what she wanted to give them is a fucking FELONY. That she then bit bleached the discs was an addition FELONY.
She got away with it because of affluenza and nothing else.
On looting the White House, she sure as shit did exactly that. Again, she and hubby, when caught, simply offered to give back the loot, no harm, no foul. They agreed to pay $92,000 in restitution. That's a felony level payout. They got caught in a felony and affluenza got them off.
In my own service, a communications unit co-located with mine came to me asking if I could destroy some classified hard drives for them. I said I could open the drives, take out the discs with the info and then belt sand them, followed by smashing them. That would be 100% destruction.
They agreed. Two of their senior people, a Chief and an officer came with the discs and I had to personally destroy them, not assign it to some junior peon, in front of them. They took all the remains with them.
Classified data is a big issue. The Hildabeast treated it as bullshit and she's a FUCKING SERIAL FELON!
