No one wanted Musk to put in an offer on Twitter, except Musk. Musk needed to put together such a good offer, that Twitter's management could not block it. Part of that offer was to pass on due diligence. That was done without request, or negotiation. Musk literally signed a contract, without any pushing, that the facts of Twitter do not matter.
There is no standard way to measure bots, or even what is a bot compared to what is not a bot. Best guess is it is between 9% and 15%, which is why Iger decided to back out of the deal. Musk knew Iger had backed out of the deal, and why.
Put another way, even if every user of Twitter is a bot, Musk already stated it does not matter, and Twitter depended on Musk's representation, and so Musk would lose the case. That is why Musk is going through with the deal now.

You are desperate to find something political about this business law case. There really is nothing about the legal case that is political.
There is a real question over whether Musk has been allowed to grow too powerful, especially considering he does not have a huge success to go along with his huge personal success in wealth. Ford actually built 15 million Model T's. Tesla is almost a success story.

Musk is not considered a founder of Paypal. He founded a company that was bought out by Paypal, before it was successful. Tesla is still in production hell, and has not become actually successful yet. Investors are investing as if it is successful, but it is not... YET!!! I actually have high hopes for SpaceX, but again, not successful, yet.
Your attempts to politicize the court case are very confused. One second you are accusing anyone who questions the deal to be a "censorious lie-bag", and the next you are questioning it, thereby, by your own definition, proving yourself to be a "censorious lie-bag."
Because when due diligence was done, that was the best number they could come up with. If Musk had done due diligence, he may have come up with another number.
BUT, Musk agreed that the real number does not matter to the deal. That makes it impossible for him to win in court.
Musk's satellite internet business is not close to making a profit, and he is admitting it will never break even. It is being crowded out of the spectrum by 5G.
