No. They didn't prove they weren't personal because they were found on Wiener's computer.
The FBI used a server back up and found maybe 100 emails that were deleted that should have been saved. Not unusual since a search was used to try to find the work emails. The fact that some work emails were not turned over to State is not a crime as long as a good faith effort was made to do so. Clinton had turned over to State over 30,000 work emails before the 30,000 personal emails were deleted.
I don't know of any emails that were on Wiener's computer that weren't recovered using other methods.

Emails were found on Weiner's computer that the FBI was not sure if they were duplicates or not. They opened an investigation, told the public and then later held a news conference to basically say, "Nothing to see there since they were duplicates."

Disagreed. Comey was just doing his job the best he knew how and ran into the maw this is DC politics.
He was a hero to the Democrats and an enemy of the Republicans when he closed the Hillary investigation then he became an enemy of the Democrats and a hero to the Republicans when he reopened the investigation after the Weiner laptop evidence came to light. He then became an enemy of the Republicans when he failed to ask for an indictment and remained an enemy of the Democrats because he "made" Hillary look bad. Fuck those assholes. Comey was a good soldier who did his duty. All of his detractors are liars and fucking morons.
Like other cover-ups by the DC gang, Hillary covered up her transgressions and got away with it due to 1) Obama and Loretta and 2) She literally owned the DNC.
Hillary deleted zero. She turned it over to a lawyer with directions to remove personal emails and those non-governmental.

Dude, I worked with classified material for 13 years, once up to TS. I know the protocols and Hillary violated them. The fact others have been charged for mishandling classified material and the fact Hillary wasn't charged or even censured is political, not justification and certainly not Justice for all.
Hillary should have been censured for her actions but 1) it was an election year and 2) the President and AG were Democrats and 3) Hillary owned DNC. LOL

Since you handled classified material, can you tell us how classified material gets classified and how it is supposed to be marked to show it is classified. Can you explain how and under what laws you personally would have been charged with a crime if someone sent you classified material that was not marked as classified?
Hillary's handling of information she should have known was sensitive could have resulted in retraining or being fired but since she was no longer working for State they had no recourse. It wasn't political. It was a matter of not having control over anyone not an employee.
So you keep saying. The problem is you have to meet the standard of proving she committed a crime. The FBI said they had no way of doing that but you do? So, tell us about the evidence you have that the FBI didn't.
