You should save 10% of every paycheck. Pay yourself first. Have 6 months of expenses in a money market account

Everyone can do this. It is just a matter of priorities. People like government don’t have revenue problems. They have spending problems

Also, if people know how to advance in the place where they work and get a lot more. It would not be wrong if they taught financial literacy in school, then it would be easier for people to deal with it at a more mature age. I'm still learning this, and now I'm trying to grow my business and make a paystub free accessible and get my paycheck that way, control my income and taxes. I wish they had taught me that before, and I couldn't know exactly where the money was going.
