SCOTUS deserved the criticism. They should be ashamed of that decision. They placed the best interest of multinational corporations above their country. Can you just see BP lobbying major dollars to prevent the US from gaining energy independence? I can.

Actually the decision was in line with the 1st Amendment. But putting that aside, when has a President ever dissed the SCOTUS like that? Even Ginsberg was pissed.

He has been dogged at every turn by the GOP, ask yourself how much lobbying and greasing of palms has occurred in the corridors and offices of Capitol Hill.
