In a 7-2 decision Alito and Thomas were the only ones who disagreed, the Supreme Court agreed to let stand a decision allowing students to chose the bathroom they most identified with!

Trump appointments Kavanaugh, Goresuch and Barrett agreed.

I guess Trump was ineffective at making the Court more conservative.
 
As I have stated over and over, I trust Kaverynaughty and Barrett are trustworthy. Thank you Trump!

The shut the fuck up about it. We have the highest court in the land debating bathroom choices. I'd try to tell how fucking insane that is but you are probably too busy chocking your chicken over this "victory" to care.

Only the slack-jawed conservative rubes believed that their intellectual betters - conservative elites on the court - were going to fight tooth and nail for their rightwing cultural issues.

By and large, the conservative elites do not give a rats ass about the hillbilly cultural issues. They just pay it lip service.

The real concern of the conservative elite is economic - aka, making sure the monied interests, the banks, the corporate overlords, are firmly ensconced in the driver's seat.

Might as well, since nothing keeps anyone from using whatever bathroom they wanted in the first place. Not really something you could enforce even if it was unanimous against it.
