52% of Democratic voters in Florida SUPPORT so-called 'Don't Say Gay' bill

Wanting to indoctrinate 5 year olds with Fundamentalist Christianity and that Trump and Bush are gods is just off the chain. It's sick on every level.
I'm pretty sure parents should teach their own kids whatever their values should be. The schools should teach them how to read and write how to do math and chemistry. 5 year olds still believe in Santa Clause they don't need to know about anyone's sex life.

I suggest you learn how to drink without making messes.

It's okay to indoctrinate the kids that the Earth is flat and that their mommies belong in the kitchens? It's okay to indoctrinate how godlike Trump and Bush were? It's okay to indoctrinate them that kids who are different from them should be shunned? I can go on.

Clearly you do not understand the evils of Fundamentalism.

That should be curriculum is so-called set by state law but U.S. Constitutional law supersedes state laws that attempts to erode and violate the constitutional rights of society:

The Supremacy Clause of the Constitution of the United States (Article VI, Clause 2), establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made pursuant to it, and treaties made under its authority, constitute the "supreme Law of the Land", and thus take priority over any conflicting state laws.

word salad. each and every one of your shit stain posts. word salad

There isnt 1 word in the bill about being gay.
Im not 100% familiar with it, but it bans teachers from forcing this crap into kids heads-
the usual sexual confusion needlessly and harmfully injected into their consciousness

Forcing crap into kids heads? is that what it is? I don't think anyone wants to discuss things like that with K through 3rd. They're not capable of understanding it. Sort of like adult Repubs.

I STRONGLY object to this ridiculous law.
And I seriously doubt it is Constitutional.

ANY attempt by the state to muzzle free speech I am ALWAYS against.
And this bill DEFINITELY tries to restrict freedom of speech.
Fucking, conservative overreaction to all the LGBTQWTYOPGLFIRMSDNFGJSKSJFJDGJHVBJ blather coming from progressives.

If teachers want to discuss whatever the fuck they want to discuss with their students - fine with me.
The children won't explode if a teacher says something 'naughty'.

Once again - I DESPISE both parties.

I seriously doubt you have a fucking clue what is constitutional.

and it doesn't even matter anymore the courts fight over how incorporation works. 5-4 decisions became quite commonplace so even our so called brightest minds don't agree on what is constitutional any longer.

Of course it doesn't say gay. Here's what it actually says:

prohibiting classroom discussion about sexual orientation or gender identity in certain grade levels or in a specified manner

In other words, they cannot discuss about being straight, gay, hetrosexual, homosexual, transgender and such. And we all know what they really are saying. No discussion about being gay or transgender at all.

Also, the bill has a provision for parents to sue if a third party (i.e. other parents) explains it.

Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students

Like I said it will not work. It's going to blow up in their faces.
it's bigly supported even by Dems.
it's age appropriate discussion - and empowers parents where there are violations

Hmmm, you really didn't address the question, because it is a distinct possibility. Would those "parents" be banned from attending PTA meetings and such? You can't ban the verbal and then accept the physical, because the latter entails DISCUSSION.
of course not.
the ban is on classroom instruction/ or counselors (school instructors) that is not age appropriate

So you honestly think that suppression of Free Speech or making ambiguous laws (which this one seems to be) are not un-Constitutional?

I would say it is OBVIOUS that you are the one whom does not know what is in the Constitution.

School is out.

And since you are clearly just a troll and not worth my time.

We are done here.

Have a nice day.

if they are acting as teachers instructors, what difference does it make?
Speakers and anyone invited into the classroom simply has to follow the same

So in other words parents can sue a school when a gay or lesbian couple shows up on "Take parents to school" day.

the law defines it's terms.
any actions on the law will define it further in terms of enforcement like any other law -yes

Of course. I already said that. There is a reason for laws to be written. Therefore, there should be an example for the "Don't say gay" bill to be written. If there is no such example, it's an empty victory. Hollow statement. The only thing it's good for is that it boosts their chances of re-election.

where did you get that from? Parents aren't "instructors" - they could even say they are gay
and the kids and parents can discuss it.
It can't be paid or advocates jamming junk into their minds

 Why don't you create strawman argument. Two can play that game its OK to teach 5 year olds to have same sex or that they need to have their penis cut off or have a addadicktome surgery. The bottom line is its the parents job to teach or not teach about sexuality for at least the kindergarten to 3rd grade if not longer. Its the parent that brought the child into the world and are responsible for its welfare. Its the parents that are held responsible for the child.

there are many examples of kids getting gender crap jammed at them
( pardon me if I dont know all the nomenclature - it's trash)
